Chris has spent the majority of his working life in the charity sector, specifically twelve years of charity administration work. Outside of his professional life, he has been involved with charities working in Uganda since 2004. This has been a mix of practical and administrative activity, developing relationships in the country with Community Based Organisations (CBOs) working collaboratively toward real lasting change for peoples’ lives. In recent years he served on the trustee board of a UK charity who work in Uganda to provide education opportunities, from infant schooling all the way through to University and vocational courses. During that period he co-managed a primary school build project which is now an amazing facility serving a very remote population.
